Return Policy

The Team at All Lighting Direct wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to make doing business with us simple and easy. The same is true of our return policies and procedures. Return to Inventory Policy.

We will provide 100% credit towards future purchases for any stock items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date that meets the following criteria: item must be in perfect, original, resalable, uninstalled condition in its original box/case/bag in new condition. Customer assumes the responsibility of shipping costs on returned items. Non-stock or special-order items may be non-returnable or carry a restock charge. This can be confirmed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot accept returns for items that were purchased over 30 days prior. Please contact All Lighting Direct PRIOR to sending back the items to confirm their eligibility for return and start the return process. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and complete the return. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip in your returned shipment.

Defective / Warranty Procedure Policy.

If you received a damaged or defective product from All Lighting Direct, please contact us immediately. We honor the manufacturer’s warranty on items purchased from us based on manufacturer’s approval. We will process these returns as quickly as possible.

For warranty instances where product replacement is the manufacturer’s choice, the customer can receive a one for one product exchange. If the product has a newer model, we will provide the replacement model at the same cost as the original. If new product is ordered ahead of sending back the defective item, the defective item must be returned within 30 days for the full credit to be applied. After 30 days, we will only be able to issue a one for one product replacement and no credit will be issued.

If the manufacturer does not cover shipping costs of the replacement item, the customer will cover shipping on the replacement item(s) sent back out.
